We are looking for creative obsessives — filmmakers, strategists, writers, and engineers who care deeply about their craft. Learn about our culture and view open positions.
Our Culture
We operate with high agency, high trust, and low management. We value people who take ownership of the visual or copy deliverables they produce.
Our studio in Pokhara is designed for flow. Open tables, premium sound systems, and a culture that encourages healthy debates about formatting, frames, and concepts. We operate on the premise that the best creative idea wins.
